WHAT WE DO
DOCSUPPORT manages travel documentation for sports organizations. We secure visas and electronic authorizations for players, coaching and medical staff, officials and delegation members, verify every passport against destination rules, and confirm the entire travelling party is cleared long before departure.
A squad is not a group of individuals who happen to share a flight. It is one unit with one deadline, assembled from many nationalities and often changing days before departure. We build the documentation around that reality.
From a single trial or transfer to a full delegation travelling to a tournament, the standard never changes: accurate, precise, on time. Club travel agencies can also work with us behind their own brand.
WHY IT MATTERS
A club flies to an away fixture. Twenty-four people travel: players from eight nationalities, coaching staff, a doctor, a physiotherapist, a press officer and two directors. One passport falls inside the destination validity rule. A new signing holds a passport that needs a visa the others do not. The fixture does not move.
Sports calendars are set by competition rules and broadcasters. Documentation is the one variable a club controls completely, provided somebody is actually controlling it.
The fixture will not wait for a passport.

The club covers all fees, individuals pay their own, or selected members receive the service complimentary. You set the policy.

Forms, embassy appointments, e-authorizations, club letters and follow-through, at up to 300 applications a day. We chase missing documents so your team manager does not.

FAQ
Sometimes. Many trips are covered by a standard business or visitor route, but competing for prize money or appearance fees can require a different category in several countries. It depends on the destination, the athlete’s nationality and the nature of the event, which is why we assess each trip rather than assume.
Yes, and it is the normal case for us. A squad of twenty-five can easily involve ten nationalities and several different documentation routes to the same country, all due on the same date.
Tell us the moment the name is confirmed. We will tell you straight away whether the timeline is achievable and what the fastest legitimate route is, and we start the same hour when the calendar demands it.
Yes. Travelling minors usually need additional consent and guardianship documentation alongside the visa itself, and the requirements differ by country. We prepare the full set.
