WHAT WE DO
DOCSUPPORT manages the travel documentation behind corporate events. We secure visas, electronic travel authorizations and supporting paperwork for delegates, speakers, exhibitors and staff, verify every passport against destination rules, and track each application until every name on your list is cleared to attend.
We work as your back office. You keep the relationship with your client and your delegates; we handle embassy appointments, forms, follow-up and the hundreds of small details that decide whether a delegation arrives complete.
One urgent registration or a congress of several hundred people across many nationalities, the standard never changes: accurate, precise, on time. Agencies and organizers can also use us discreetly, behind their own brand.
WHY IT MATTERS
Registrations close, badges are printed, the programme is set. Then a keynote speaker discovers that the authorization the audience travels on does not cover a paid appearance. Two delegates hold passports that expire inside the destination validity window. An exhibitor’s technical staff need appointments at an embassy with a six-week queue.

EXPERTISE
Two people travel to the same convention, in the same city, on the same day. The delegate sitting in the audience may travel on a simple electronic authorization. The speaker being paid to appear, and the technician building the stand, may need something entirely different, and may need it weeks in advance.

FAQ
It depends on nationality, destination and the role each person plays at the event. Many delegates travel on an electronic authorization such as ESTA or the UK ETA. Others need a business visa with an embassy appointment. Speakers who are paid, and staff performing technical work, can fall into a different category again. We assess every name on your list individually.
Yes. Large delegations are handled as one coordinated project, with bulk electronic authorizations and grouped embassy appointments wherever the consulate allows it. Our team processes up to 300 applications a day.
Late registrations and substitutions are normal at events, and we plan for them. Tell us as soon as the name is confirmed and we will tell you immediately whether the timeline is achievable and what the fastest legitimate route is.
